The O’Colly is Oklahoma State University’s school newspaper. The paper had been called The Daily O’Collegian since 1895. I began as a photographer in August 2013 and excelled to the position of photo editor in just one year. I was the photo editor from August 2015 to May 2015. My duties included managing a staff of photographers, editing photos and deciding which photos will go into the paper and on the website. Along with my other duties, I was tasked with managing a photography database and keeping it organized. I also regularly created illustrations in the Adobe Suite programs Illustrator, InDesign and Photoshop.
